REGIONAL SALES MANAGER — CENTRAL & MIDWEST

The Role:
Reporting to the President USA, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving wholesale sales, distribution development, sell-out performance, and brand execution across the Central & Midwest U.S. territory.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role requiring full territory ownership, strong commercial discipline, and analytical rigor. The successful candidate will act as both a business developer and brand ambassador, building strong relationships with key retailers and translating the positioning of the assigned brands into sustainable growth while protecting brand equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop new opportunities, acquire new accounts, and strategically expand the Group’s distribution network across the territory.
- Key Account Management: Build and strengthen relationships with key retailers, develop account plans, and identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Performance: Manage sell-in, sell-out, inventory, assortments, forecasts, and KPIs, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Brand & Retail Execution: Ensure strong brand positioning and retail excellence across visual merchandising, product launches, training, and events.
- Market & Client Development: Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and account potential, providing actionable insights to support commercial decisions.
- Territory Management: Own the territory end-to-end and collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams to ensure effective commercial and brand execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in similar roles. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. retail market, preferably with an established network across the Central & Midwest region.
- Proven experience in business development, new account acquisition, and territory management.
- Strong expertise in sales, negotiation, key account management, forecasting, analytics, and wholesale dynamics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent multiple brands and develop strong client partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial, strategic, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
