We are currently looking for a: Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth through B2B client development and boutique operations excellence. By establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with architects, designers, property developers, and sophisticated B2B clients, the Sales Manager plays a key role in building brand presence and business performance in the market. Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales & Business Development:

  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, and other sophisticated B2B clients
  • Lead local business development efforts and client acquisition strategies for VENINI's artistic lighting, home decoration, and luxury lifestyle offerings 
  • Identify and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influential parties through strategic client engagement 
  • Work with the team to identify new sales opportunities and develop creative ways to engage potential B2B clients 
  • Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators while maintaining accurate client records in CRM database 
  • Drive boutique to achieve and surpass sales goals through exceptional service and relationship management
  • Build and grow a loyal client base aligned with VENINI's identity and values
  • Guarantee personalized client experience and ensure timely resolution of customer issues an implement and utilize CRM tools to track and enhance client relationships and engagement;
  • Collaborate with HR and the Retail Director on recruitment, onboarding, and team development
  • Ensure visual merchandising reflects brand guidelines and maintain impeccable boutique presentation
  • Ensure adherence to operational, compliance, and safety procedures while managing inventory and stock levels
  • Oversee boutique expenses and optimize operational efficiency within budget parameters

Profile & Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in luxury retail with proven B2B sales track record in home décor, lighting, furniture, or interior design sectors
  • Established network and relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, and B2B decision makers
  • Demonstrated leadership in sales and team management with measurable business development results

Required Competencies

• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate and inspire teams

• Well-organized, proactive, and sales-driven with proven ability to engage highprofile B2B clients

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with client-centric mindset

• Team player with collaborative and adaptable approach

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Fluent in English plus

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
