Job Mission: As the Rolex Cheongdam Flagship Director, you will lead the boutique as its primary Brand Ambassador. You will drive an exceptional, discreet client journey, mentor the boutique team, and foster high-touch hospitality. This role is responsible for establishing the flagship as a world-class luxury reference point in Korea while achieving commercial targets and upholding brand prestige.

Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Leadership & Heritage Value
•    Direct commercial strategy to achieve target sales, profitability, and all boutique KPIs, while safeguarding the long-term prestige of the brand.
•    Actively manage product allocations from core collections to rare timepieces, ensuring optimal distribution in strict compliance with brand guidelines.
•    Serve as the primary brand ambassador, elevating client engagement through storytelling and world-class flagship experiences.
2. The Art of Hospitality & VIP Clienteling
•    Embody and champion an elevated culture of luxury hospitality, ensuring each client experience is a seamless narrative of storytelling, warmth, and artisanal mastery.
•    Cultivate and deepen enduring, private relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) patrons.
•    Design tailored, one-to-one client engagement roadmaps and orchestrate intimate private salon viewings that transcend traditional retail.
•    Handle complex client interactions, bespoke requests, and sensitive situations with impeccable diplomacy, emotional intelligence, and graceful discretion.
3. Timepiece Allocation & Aesthetic Perfection
•    Lead strategic timepiece allocations with integrity, balancing commercial acumen, client engagement history, and brand allocation principles.
•    Oversee vault management, inventory flow, and meticulous asset protection protocols in full compliance with internal audit standards.
•    Guarantee that Visual Merchandising (VM), boutique ambiance, and staff grooming reflect the pristine aesthetic harmony of the Rolex universe at all times."
4. People Empowerment & Professional Mentorship
•    Inspire, guide, and nurture a multi-functional flagship team (Deputy Managers, Supervisors, Client Advisors, Watch Technicians, and Hospitality hosts).
•    Cultivate watchmaking expertise, passion for artisanal craftsmanship, and sophisticated interpersonal etiquette across the team.
•    Drive continuous talent development and thoughtful succession planning through qualitative 1-on-1 coaching and individualized growth plans.
•    Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and noble boutique culture founded on trust, integrity, and shared pride.
5. Operational Rigor & Boutique Governance
•    Uphold flawless governance across all boutique operations, risk management, asset security, and cash handling procedures.
•    Oversee boutique P&L, operating budgets, and operational logistics with precision.
•    Maintain a secure, harmonious, and pristine environment where both patrons and staff experience the pinnacle of luxury retail.

Success Metrics (KPIs)
•    Commercial & Brand Equity: Achievement of sales and profitability milestones, performance of high-complication timepieces, preservation of brand exclusivity.
•    Client Elevation: Retention and lifetime engagement of VIP/HNW patrons, CRM enrichment, private viewing conversion.
•    Operational & Security Mastery: Flawless audit results, zero inventory variance, flawless Visual Merchandising compliance.
•    Leadership & Team Vitality: Team retention, talent development milestones, internal succession readiness.

Requirements
Work Experience
•    Minimum 10+ years of distinguished retail management experience in Fine Watchmaking, High Jewelry, or luxury flagship environments.
•    Proven track record of orchestrating multi-story, high-volume flagship boutiques with multi-functional teams.
•    Demonstrated mastery in managing high-value transactions and an established personal presence among High-Net-Worth clientele.
