About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our Damiani boutique located inside the prestigious Printemps Haussmann department store in Paris. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail, with a preference for experience in the high-end jewelry sector.

As a Sales Advisor, you will embody the values of the Damiani brand, offering an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with clients, and helping them discover the timeless elegance of our collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and luxurious service to an international clientele

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering a memorable and unique shopping experience

• Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Damiani collections and craftsmanship

• Ensure the boutique is always impeccably presented and in line with brand standards

• Handle after-sales services and client follow-up with professionalism and care

Profile & Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally in fine jewelry or watches

• Passion for high-end products, exceptional customer service, and clienteling

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluency in English and French; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

• Dynamic, motivated, and team-oriented, with a polished and professional appearance

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
