Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate, elegant, and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our Damiani Boutique in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will act as a true Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience while developing long-term relationships with local and international clients.
The Sales Advisor will contribute to boutique performance by achieving sales targets, maintaining the highest standards of customer service, and embodying the values and image of the Maison.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients by providing an outstanding and personalized luxury experience.
- Develop strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship management.
- Present and promote Damiani collections with excellent product knowledge and storytelling.
- Support CRM activities, clienteling initiatives, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.
- Handle after-sales service requests professionally and efficiently.
- Support inventory management and daily boutique operations.
- Collaborate closely with the boutique team to ensure an elevated customer experience.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and luxury retail best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry, watches, fashion, or hospitality.
- Strong passion for luxury products and customer service excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Sales-driven mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is considered a strong advantage.
- Team player with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced luxury environment.
