About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience within our boutique located in Globus Geneva. You will embody the brand’s values and act as an ambassador, ensuring that every client receives a warm welcome, professional advice, and personalized service.
You will contribute to the boutique’s commercial success through proactive sales, client relationship building, and maintaining the highest visual and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales

Deliver outstanding service to every client, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.

Actively engage with clients to identify their needs and propose suitable products to drive sales and exceed individual and boutique targets.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through effective follow-up and CRM activities.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s collections, heritage, and values to convey them authentically to clients.
Store Operations

Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling.

Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented, following visual merchandising guidelines.

Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth and efficient operations in alignment with company standards.
Teamwork & Brand Ambassadorship

Profile

Previous experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally within a fashion or accessories environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for client service.

Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented, with a positive and collaborative mindset.

Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as required by the retail schedule.
