Operations Manager Middle East

As Operation Manager his/her job is to support local functions in the Middle East in order to ensure an effective and efficient workflow also within the boutiques.

Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics and ensure that the correct supply of products for each boutique takes place on time

• Manage import/export activities and related customs procedures

• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements

• Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers and take care of the aspects useful for the proper conduct of business within the boutiques

• Supporti ng administrative and HR activities

• Overseeing building projects and renovations

• Build a good supportive relationship with Retail Manager and the Boutique Directors

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, business, information management, or related fields

• 3-5 years in related positions

• Good resilience to stress and high flexibility

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• English fluent

• Based in Dubai or open to relocate
